GO Missions Conference | March 14-18, 2012
The Great Commission is the very heart of God and, therefore, should be the very heart of the church. Whether we go to the mission field as a missionary, or give by faith to help send a missionary to the mission field, it is our PERSONAL obligation to the spread the Gospel message IN EVERY PLACE. You ARE a missionary every day of your life in your home as well as the workplace. Though not everyone is called to a foreign mission field, each of us CAN and should have an active part in helping to send those who have been called to that mission field. Together, through faith promise missions, we have collectively supported given around $25,000 this past year to take the message of salvation to the four corners of the earth. This week we want to stretch our faith, once again, and allow God’s grace to enable us to do more than ever.
Mark your calendars now and determine to faithfully attend every service of the conference. Also pray and seek God’s direction for your life, whether it is stretching your faith to do more in faith promise missions, or maybe to yield your life to God’s calling to GO and preach the Gospel IN EVERY PLACE.

Dr. Scotty Drake pastored in the Tampa Bay area for 30 years. Good Shepherd Baptist Church was listed in Elmer Towns Magazine’s “Top 100 Fastest Growing Sunday Schools In America”. Seventeen years ago, Dr. Drake, along with 6 other pastors started HELPS Ministries which now is involved in over 70 countries and over 800 churches worldwide. Dr. Drake’s experience will challenge us for world evangelism and faith promise missions.
Zach & Karin Foust | Missionaries to Peru
Zach & Karin Foust
Zach and Karin Foust were serving in the Spanish ministry of First Baptist Church of Hammond, Indiana when they were asked to join the Peru Team in July 2010. They have a desire to plant 10,000 churches in that part of the world. Pray for them as they prepare for this great endeavor. They have three boys, Zachary (12), Caleb (10), and Logan (6).
Troy & Suzannah Lewis | Missionaries to Belize
Troy & Suzannah Lewis
Troy and his wife Suzannah are missionaries to the country of Belize. There sending church is Franklin Road Baptist Church located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, pastored by Dr. Mike Norris. Their desire is to reach two primary people groups in Central America, the Mayan indians and the Garifuna tribes. Pray for the Lewis family as they reach the lost, plant local churches, and train national pastors.Troy and Suzannah have three children, Isaac (12), Zech (11), and Abby (9).
