Luk 12:42 And the Lord said, Who then is that faithful and wise steward, whom his lord shall make ruler over his household, to give them their portion of meat in due season?
Jesus taught His disciples that our life is a gift from God. What we do with it is our gift to Him. Many times we do not realize that God requires faithfulness as a wise steward over our time, our talent, our testimony, and yes our treasure as well. All of these things are to be invested into the service of Christ, so that He may be honored and glorified in our lives.
During the month of January, Pastor Thompson will lead us in a study of Biblical stewardship. We will learn how to give to God as a faithful and wise steward with all that He has blessed us with.
